Nancy Renee Ross

September 29, 1955 – May 19, 2023 Nancy Renee Ross, beloved wife, mother, grandma, sister and friend, passed away on May 19, 2023. Born on September 29, 1955 to Abe and Lillian Joseph, Nancy was a lifelong Angeleno. She graduated from Hamilton High School in 1972 and was a proud UCLA Bruin. She earned three consecutive degrees at UCLA: a B.A. in Linguistics and Psychology and two Master’s degrees in Linguistics and Public Health. Nancy dedicated her life to her family. Her loving husband of 45 years, Dr. Stephen Ross, was the absolute love of her life. Their enduring partnership was a shining example of commitment and unwavering support. Nancy and Steve raised three remarkable daughters – Caitlin (Aaron), Erica (Gregg) and Madelyn (Andrew). She had an overwhelming love for her grandchildren, Jackson, Alaina and Owen. Her legacy of compassion will continue to inspire them in their own journeys. She is remembered by her brothers, Kenny (Faye) and Ralph and her sister-in-law Joan (Brian). Her memory will continue to live on through the countless lives she touched and the love she shared with those closest to her. Funeral at Hillside Memorial Park at 10am on May 22.
