Morton Leonard Lampert

Born December 2, 1927 died February 26, 2019 – Morton was born in Chicago, Illinois to Rose and Otto Lampert. He moved to Los Angeles with his parents and sister in 1943. Morton attended Los Angeles High School and made 6 great friends. He was in the U.S. Army where he took college courses. He then went to Paris France for 4 years to study art. He returned to Los Angeles in 1955 and resided there until his death. He was always and artist but also good at wood carving and photography. Morton was a devoted son, brother and uncle. The funeral service will be held at Hillside Memorial Park in Los Angeles on Tuesday, March 5th, 2019 at 1:00PM.
