Michelle Haines

passed away peacefully September 16th at her home in Beverly Hills at 81 years of age surrounded by her family. Known as Mickey by her friends, she suffered a five year battle with the debilitating disease, Lewy Body Dementia.Born in Los Angeles, the youngest daughter of Rose and Lawrence Furstman, Mickey leaves behind three daughters and two grandchildren. A graduate from UCLA, Mickey was also a competitive tennis player and Master at bridge. Mickey also helped and supported at-need women with some of the life struggles they encountered. A celebration of her life will be held at Hillside Memorial Cemetery on Thursday, September 20th at noon. A reception will be held at her home after the service.
