Lawrence Ira Barron

Lawrence (Larry) I. Barron, age 55, of Los Angeles, California passed away on December 23, 2020. Beloved son of Roberta and Harold S. Barron, devoted brother of Jean (Gary) Metzler and proudest uncle of Reed. Preceded in death by his grandparents, Rose and George L. Barron and Roslyn and Irving Yellin.

Larry was born in New York City, New York and raised in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. An esteemed alumnus of Syracuse University, Larry followed his passion and spent his entire career working in the entertainment industry. He had extensive experience in television programming as a creator, executive producer, show runner, broadcast network executive, production company development and programming executive, and content consultant.

Larry will be remembered most for his big laugh and even bigger heart. He was a truly treasured friend and mentor to all who knew him.
