Anne Mills

It is with great sadness that the family of Anne Mills announces her passing. She is survived by her husband of 73 years, Dr. Harold Mills, her daughters, Adele Mills (Paul Reinstein) and Linda Mills (Peter Goodrich), as well as granddaughter Marissa Mills (Craig Hemme), grandson Ronnie Goodrich, and her sister, Rita Sinder ( Jack Sinder). Anne, born in Vienna, nee Anni Meisler, fled Austria as the Nazis invaded and the family dispersed, later to be reunited in Los Angeles. She attended LA High School and UCLA. She was a warm, caring, loving wife and mother. She worked in the garment industry and real estate. She was active in Hadassah, ADL and the Jewish Federation. She will be deeply missed. A documetary featuring Anne and her sister Rita, Auf Wiedersehen: “Til We Meet Again”, tells her life story in her own words and premiered in the Los Angeles Jewish Film Festival-http://tilwemeetagainfilm.com/. The funeral will be held on Sunday, November 21st, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Hillside Memorial Park. Donations to Skirball Hospice.
